• Fans in all stalls and main shed
• Heated tack room with room for tack box and saddle
• Turnout 24/7 - only in stalls morning/evening for feeding
• Use of sand ring, grass ring and mini trails on property
• Two run-in sheds and plenty of trees for shelter
